Our psychological health and wellbeing often take center stage when we find ourselves struggling or faced with adversity. However, given the inevitability of fluctuations in human wellbeing and the constant challenges and uncertainties of life, there's a compelling case for adopting a more proactive stance.
By developing psychological skills, we can better navigate stressors and sustain optimal performance. This proactive stance is not just beneficial but critical, as our wellbeing is intricately linked to our performance at work, influencing our concentration, memory, and decision-making.
In this talk, we will explore the power of psychological skills and human connection as catalysts for proactive wellbeing, resilience and adaptability as skills to be honed and cherished.
